Recruitment:

We will seek, source and secure suitable candidates for the job or job function your company is seeking to fill and narrow the long list to a short list for your review. You will have the opportunity to interview the candidate via a video conference call from the comfort of your offices and/or review their resume and video. Most of our candidates already speak fluent English so, in most cases, no translator is needed. There is considerable paperwork to be expedited through the Canadian Federal Government.

Processing:

We streamline the processing of the candidate through the various federal government agencies so that the candidate can legally work in Canada. This includes background checks, medicals and the like.
